When selling, what else can I offer you?
If you are considering selling your home or another property a Pre-Sale Inspection can help you to prepare that property for the market. Without a Pre–Sale Inspection, there may be underlying or structural defects that you may not be aware of, which can deter potential buyers. I will advise you of and report on any problems that may place your sale at risk.
Swimming Pool Safety Inspections are mandatory* and more importantly save young lives. The Queensland Government has strict laws regarding the fence/barrier around swimming pools in yards everywhere. As a Licenced Pool Safety Inspector I can inspect your pool fence and if compliant can supply a Pool Safety Certificate (form 23). If the pool fence is Non-Compliant you will be advised of all issues and be provided with information about the modifications required. Safety is of utmost importance and a compliant pool fence/barrier combined with adult supervision are ways to minimise the risk of drowning of the young, there is no compromise.
*Non-shared owner occupied private pools do not require a current Pool Safety Certificate unless the property is being sold.
*Non-shared rented properties require a current Pool Safety Certificate when being re-leased or re-rented.
*Shared pools require a current Pool Safety Certificate always.
